SAVMA Symposium 2027 Registration Information

SAVMA Symposium registration is scheduled to open on November 2, 2026. Register early for your best chance to get into the wet lab or day trip of your choice and experience all that SAVMA Symposium has to offer!

No registration code is required if you are a veterinary student.
However you MUST be a current SAVMA member. To pay your SAVMA dues, please visit the SAVMA website.

For Cornell student volunteers, SAVMA Delegates and SAVMA Chapter Presidents you DO have a registration code to register. Please reach out to your SAVMA leader or Symposium team member for your registration code.

For Exhibitors and Speakers, you will be emailed your specific registration service center link. Please do NOT use the link provided on this website as that is only for students. Find the email sent directly to you with your registration link and log in information to register.

SAVMA Symposium no longer has a lottery period!

For the first time, we have removed the SAVMA Symposium registration lottery!

We’ve been closely monitoring the lottery process for several years and found that many students either didn’t know the lottery was available or were confused about how it worked. We’ve decided to simplify the registration process and make it easier for everyone.

What does this mean for you?

No more waiting for the lottery! You can register directly for Symposium starting on November 2nd without waiting to see if you are selected to be placed into a wet lab and/or day trip. Your registration and selected activities are confirmed when you complete registration.
No more lottery price increase! You’ll pay the reduced registration rate until the late registration period begins.
Know your plans right away! When registration opens, you can select your wet labs and day trips, pay, and receive your confirmation all at once.

Regular registration

Starting November 2, 2026 at 10:00 am Central, current SAVMA members can register for SAVMA Symposium and sign up for available social events, wet labs, and/or day trips on a first come, first served basis. Registration and activities will remain available until they reach capacity. Payment is required at checkout to confirm your registration and secure your spot in the selected activities. Your receipt will list your registration, social events, wet lab(s), and/or day trip(s). Please choose your activities carefully as there are no refunds after check out.

Editing your registration

To make a change to your previous registration submission, such as add an additional wet lab or day trip, change an answer to a previously submitted question, and/or add a social event, you must go to your registration confirmation email to view the link for the Attendee Service Center as well as your login credentials for this site. Once logged in you can edit your previous registration to include any additional events.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Registration and Event fees are non-refundable after check out. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact SAVMA Symposium General Managers - gm.savmasymposium2027@gmail.com for refund consideration.
