Sponsor FAQs

Interested in becoming a sponsor?
Email our Fundraising Chair, Anecia at fundraisingchair.symposium2024@gmail.com to get information on our sponsorship packages. The exhibit hall floor is filled on a first come, first serve basis. We must have a signed invoice back in order to reserve your companies spot on the exhibit hall floor. Once the exhibit hall floor is filled we will have a waiting list available for those still interested in getting in if a spot becomes available. Deadline for new exhibitor requests is February 9, 2024.

Where is SAVMA Symposium 2024 located? Where will the exhibitor hall be located?
The 2024 SAVMA Symposium will take place Friday, March 15th - Sunday, March 18th, 2024 to be co-hosted by University of Tennessee CVM and Lincoln Memorial University. The main conference and exhibit hall will be held at Knoxville Convention Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. 

What are the exhibitor hall times?
  • Exhibitor move-in date/time: Thursday, March 14, 2024 from 1pm - 5pm EST
  • Exhibit Hall hours: Friday, March 15 and Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 9am - 4pm EST
  • Exhibitor move-out date/time: Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 4pm - 6pm EST.
    • Exhibitors should NOT tear down prior to 4pm EST as we have several students who will be coming back from wet labs and/or business meetings that may have their last chance to go through the exhibit hall on Saturday.  
An exhibitor kit and exhibitor hall map will be emailed to confirmed sponsors in January to assist with setting up booth space(s).

Do I need to register as an exhibitor?
Yes, everyone who will be present at the booth needs to register as an exhibitor. Each registrant will receive a name badge, goodie bag and t-shirt with their registration. An email with instructions on how to register your company and attendees has been sent to confirmed sponsors and will be resent weekly once new exhibitors are added. 

Will food be provided?
Yes. We will be providing an exhibitor/speaker break room with refreshments and snacks. 

Exhibitor Kit Information
Exhibitor kit will be sent out mid-January. More information on how to order for your booth will be included in the kit. Please read the kit carefully.
