The exhibit hall floor is filled on a first come, first serve basis. We must have a signed invoice back in order to reserve your companies spot on the exhibit hall floor. Once the exhibit hall floor is filled we will have a waiting list available for those still interested in getting in if a spot becomes available. Deadline for new exhibitor requests is February 9, 2024.
Where is SAVMA Symposium 2025 located? Where will the exhibitor hall be located?
The 2025 SAVMA Symposium will take place Friday, March 21st - Saturday, March 22nd, 2025 to be hosted by University of California-Davis SVM. The exhibit hall will be held at the University Credit Union Center (UC UC) which is an indoor multi-purpose stadium with the layout of a basketball arena.
Are there any breaks in the schedule for students to visit the exhibit hall?
Yes, there is a break between 12pm -1pm each day where no lectures or wet labs/day trips are scheduled. The free lunch provided by Symposium is also held within the UC UC. We suspect the busy hours for the exhbit hall will be over the lunch period. A separate area will be secured within the exhibit hall for exhibitors who wish to take a break away from their booth.
What are the exhibitor hall times?
- Exhibitor move-in date/time: Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 1pm - 5pm PST
- Exhibit Hall hours: Friday, March 21 and Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 9am - 4pm PST
- Exhibitor move-out date/time: Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 4pm - 6pm PST.
- Exhibitors should NOT tear down prior to 4pm PST as we have several students who will be coming back from wet labs and/or business meetings that may have their last chance to go through the exhibit hall on Saturday.
Do I need to register as an exhibitor?
Yes, everyone who will be present at the booth needs to register as an exhibitor. Each registrant will receive a name badge, goodie bag and t-shirt with their registration. An email with instructions on how to register your company and attendees has been sent to confirmed sponsors and will be resent weekly once new exhibitors are added.
Exhibitor only registration will be on Thursday, March 20th from 3pm - 5pm PST and will be held in Gladys Valley Hall - lobby.
Regular registration is open on Friday, March 21st from 7am - 4pm PST and Saturday, March 22nd from 7am - 2pm.
We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE all exhibitors to register for all name badges in advance. This will ensure you can quickly check in and grab your name badges so you can use the rest of your time setting up your booth and getting ready for the Symposium.
Will food be provided?
Yes. We will be providing an exhibitor/speaker break room with refreshments and snacks.
Exhibitor Kit Information
The exhibitor kit has been sent out directly from - Alliance Exposition. More information on how to order for your booth will be included in the kit. Please read the kit carefully.

Electricity - No charge for electricity. However, only available to exhibitors located on the first floor (booth numbers 1 - 85). If you will require a lot of amperage to power a large electrical item within your booth space (booth #1 - 85 only), please complete this Jot Form: https://form.jotform.
com/250286242767058. No electricity is available on the second floor (booth numbers 86 - 113). Please plan accordingly. - Internet - free public Wi-Fi will be provided throughout the entire exhibit hall. More information can be found in the Exhibitor Kit.
- Audiovisual equipment - A/V equipment is not available for ordering. You will be responsible for bringing in any needed A/V equipment or seek out your own rental options.
