This page will provide information specific to the Raleigh Convention Center (RCC) as they are the host site for SAVMA Symposium's lectures, exhibit hall, social events, pick up/drop off location for buses, etc.
SAVMA Symposium 2026 is hosted by North Carolina State University CVM from March 12th, 2026 to March 15th, 2026. All lectures and the exhibit hall will be held at Raleigh Convention Center in downtown Raleigh, NC. Exhibit Hall hours will be Friday March 13th: 9:30am to 4:30pm and Saturday March 14th: 9:30am to 5:00pm with an Exhibit Hall Last Call from 4pm - 5pm on the final day.Traveling to RCC? The Raleigh Convention Center is adjacent to the Red Hat Amphitheater and is located at 500 South Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC 27601.

Exhibitor Timed Entry Slots for Loading Dock
The Raleigh Convention Center (RCC) requires that exhibiting companies and/or hired third-party delivery service partners sign up for a time slot to use the on-site loading dock for exhibitor/vendor move-in. A sign up form will be provided to all exhibitors and spots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

- There is a limit of 11 vehicles per one-hour time slot.
- Partial information will not be accepted. You must complete exhibitor/company name, vehicle type, and booth number.
- Exhibitors are ONLY able to unload their vehicle/hired third party delivery vehicle during their designated one-hour time slot.
- Exhibitors are ONLY able to select ONE time slot. Please make sure your selection and adjust your plans accordingly.
- This form is REQUIRED for all companies that need to use the loading dock for exhibitor move-in at SAVMA Symposium.
- There is no parking or stopping permitted on the streets surrounding the RCC nor on the ramps leading into the loading dock. Staging on Lenoir Street is not permitted. If the dock is full and entrance at the gate is not permitted the vehicle must circle the block.
- Do not park in the Red Hat Amphitheater, Lenoir Street marshaling area or Lot G. Nearby paid parking is available in garages, lots, or at metered spaces around the RCC.
Wi-Fi and electricity are available to order for this show through the Raleigh Convention Center (RCC). To place an order for Wi-Fi and/or electricity, please contact RCC directly at 919-996-8515 or visit www.raleighconvention.com/exhibitors/order-utilities. Order early for the best savings! We strongly recommend you place your order for Wi-Fi and/or electricity before the day of the event.
Shipping materials
Ship direct to show site is NOT available. The only option for shipping exhibit materials is to use Carolina Convention Center services and rentals (CCCR). Raleigh Convention Center does NOT accept any packages or freight. All packages sent to RCC directly will be refused and returned. RCC is not responsibile for any lost/damaged packages.
RCC is not able to provide label printing, packing tape, etc. You must bring your own supply to return ship your items.
